Additional characters are base price minus 15. Limit to 4 characters total. For example, if you want me to draw 4 full-body character outlines on the same drawing canvas the price total would be $75!If you're wanting individual character art, however, the price will count as separate orders meaning 4 full-body outlines of characters on their own canvas would cost $120. The reason for this is I'm able to put more work into single character art so the quality would be far better this way.

Character Design Fee

  • No Visual Reference $40

  • Reference From Copy Righted Media $20

  • Reference Using Pinterest Board (50+ Unique Pins) $10

Working without a visual reference makes it harder for me to draw the character because every detail needs to come from scratch. This takes more time and makes the drawing more complex.If your reference is from a show, game, or someone else's character design then this means I cannot copy the design exactly and I still need to create an outfit and design without many other references.Using Pinterest boards or shoving images of clothing items onto a canvas with a written example of their use is very helpful and will give me a lot to work with!Telling me to "have artistic liberty" with the art can be fun, but you will still have to pay the fee as I can't read your mind and probably won't know what exactly you'd like.

Add On - Props/Effects

Any form of disability aid (such as canes, crutches, hearing aids, wheelchairs, prosthetics, and compression gear) for a character is free and does not count as a prop.

Add On - Animal/Pets

  • Tiny Animals $10

  • Small Animals $20

  • Medium Animals $40

  • Large Animals $80

Animals/Pets prices are intended to be for if the animal is in the same drawing as a character. If you want the artwork to be just the animal then the price increases are:

  • Flat color + $10

  • Lighting/Shading +$15

Token Frames

  • Per one token $10

  • Every 5th token in a bulk order is free!

All token frames are made to be compatible with most VTTs, but I've only experienced using them in Fantasy Grounds and Roll20 so I'm not 100% sure how they look in Foundry, Shard, or others.It's best to specify the dimensions you need for these to make sure they appear in the best possible quality in the VTT.

Chibis and Charms

  • One character $15

  • props $5

  • Additional characters $10

  • Reverse side (for charms) $5-$10 depending on the complexity

Additional props/characters will be interacting in some way with the base character that makes them one image; ordering a separate character charm counts as a separate order.Charm orders are compatible with Vograce as that's the only one I've used; I will set up the file for uploading to the site, but you are expected to order the charm yourself to make sure it fits your specifications and arrives safely.

Expectations

When Purchasing An Art Commission

  • I will begin the sketch of the drawing and once it's done and approved by the client half the payment must be sent via ko-fi.

  • I will then continue the art and give multiple screenshots showing the progress and making sure it's correct.

  • Once the drawing is done I will send a version with a filter and my watermark until the remaining payment has been sent (you can send full payment at the sketch stage to skip this).

  • You will receive the finished artwork without the filter or watermark!

What You Receive for Character Art

  • The artwork at 2500x2500 px (300 PPI).

  • If you didn't order a background I will send a version with a simple color background and a transparent version; you can also request this when ordering any type of background.

What You Receive for Token Frames

  • 2500x2500 px (300 PPI) transparent background version of the token

  • Smaller 150x150 px transparent background version of the token

  • If you've sent character art to place into the token or ordered art along with it you will also receive 150x150 and 2500x2500 versions with your character in their token.

What You Receive for Chibi & Charm Art

  • 1500x1500 px (300 PPI) transparent background version of the charm(s)

  • (Optional per request) PSD file of each charm to be uploaded into Vograce or another charm-making site.
